Bloomquist Newest GLCM Trustee

Cheryl Bloomquist is the latest community leader to add their strengths and perspectives to the governing board of the Great Lakes Children’s Museum.  Cheryl brings a wealth of early childhood wisdom to the board of ten including;

  • Early Childhood Program instructor/faculty and Education Program advisor at Northwestern Michigan College
  • A child birth educator, elementary and preschool teacher,
  • Teacher Supervisor at Head Start
  • Early Head Start Director
  • Early Education Administration in Traverse City Area Public Schools

Trustees are volunteers and agree to serve for a period of three years. Cheryl will also be serving on the Education Committee.
