Cancellation Culture
You’ve made your reservation and then … the cat gets sick, the car breaks down, the garage door won’t open, your middle child decides today would be a good day to investigate the contents of your kitchen trash on the living room carpet while your youngest has decided to see how many K’nex fit up their nose. In other words, you’re just not going to make it to the Museum for your reserved time.
The Museum is seeing more and more days where sessions are approaching the capacity limit of 20 people. When the circumstances of your world conspire against your being able to enjoy learning through play at the Museum, PLEASE let us know by;
- Calling the museum (231) 932-4526. Leave a voice mail if we’re not there or can’t get to the phone, OR…
- Send a quick email to info@glcm.org letting us know you aren’t going to make it.
We’ll cancel the reservation and free up your slot. Then you can go deal with that sick cat, fix the car and the garage door, and extract that K’nex from your youngest’s nose and do all the other things you have to do in the course of a day. And after all that, you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you at least made it possible for another family to enjoy learning through play!
