Build a Gingerbread House at the Curiosity Place

Calling all future architects and lovers of sweet treats! The Great Lakes Children’s Museum’s Gingerbread House Building Fun-raiser is coming to the Curiosity Place! On Saturday, December 14, from 10am to 2pm we’ll be once again putting on our holiday hard hats and constructing the cookie-based creations of our dreams.

This event is a great choice for anyone who has curious about the Curiosity Place. The cost of each kit includes admission for everyone in your family. That means you can decorate your house as much as you like and then stay and play the rest of the day! It’s a festive way to experience our new location for the first time.

We’re calling this a “fun-raiser” because, unlike adult-focused events designed to benefit the Museum, the whole family is invited to participate. A GLCM tradition, this event is one of our favorite ways to bring families together during the holiday season.
